Nippon Accommodations Fund Secures 1 Billion Yen Loan for Refinancing
Nippon Accommodations Fund (TYO:3226) has decided to borrow funds amounting to 1.0 billion yen from The Hachijuni Bank, according to its Thursday filing.
The new loan will carry an interest rate of 1.243%, starting on Sept. 17, 2024, and maturing on Aug. 31, 2034.
The funds will be used to repay an earlier 1.0 billion yen loan from The Hachijuni Bank, which was borrowed on Sept. 14, 2017 and will mature on Sept. 17, 2024.
