Hamamatsu Photonics Sets Secondary Offering Price at 3,278 Yen Per Share
Hamamatsu Photonics K.K (TYO:6965), a Japanese manufacturer specializing in optical sensors and photonic devices, has set the selling price for its secondary offering at 3,278 yen per share, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The total proceeds from the secondary offering will amount to 23.94 billion yen. The shares will be offered by underwriters at the set selling price, with a share delivery date scheduled for Sept. 17. The underwriting value per share was set at 3,142.8 yen.
Additionally, an over-allotment option has been granted for 1.1 million shares, which will also be priced at 3,278 yen per share, bringing the total for the over-allotment offering to 3.59 billion yen.
