Andretti Acquisition Corp. II Closes $230 Million IPO
Andretti Acquisition Corp. II (POLEU) said late Monday it closed its initial public offering of units, raising $230 million in gross proceeds.
The blank-check company sold 23 million units priced at $10 per unit, with each unit consisting of one class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one class A share at a price of $11.50 per share, it said.
The units debuted on the Nasdaq Global Market on Sept. 6 under the ticker "POLEU". The underlying securities will eventually trade separately under the tickers "POLE" and "POLEW" for ordinary shares and warrants, respectively.
