Samty Residential Investment to Acquire Two Properties for 1.98 Billion Yen
Samty Residential Investment (TYO:3459) is acquiring two properties--the S-Fort Niigata Hakusan Koen in Niigata-shi and the S-Residence Mita keidai mae in Tokyo--for more than 1.98 billion yen in cash, according to its Wednesday filing.
The acquisitions will increase the company's portfolio to 181 properties worth 164.9 billion yen.
Samty Residential obtained board approval to acquire S-FORT Niigata Hakusan Koen, a transaction involving an interested party under the Investment Trusts Act.
The purchase agreement with the current owner and the status transfer from Samty were finalized on the day of the filing.
