Earlypay (ASX:EPY) acquired 25.4 million ordinary shares for AU$4.5 million under its recently completed on-market buyback, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares were bought at an average price of AU$0.177 apiece, the filing stated.
Shares in invoice, equipment, and trade financier rose almost 3% in recent Friday trade.
