幸福控股(00260.HK) 公布，关于上市委员会股份除牌之决定及公司之复核申请，公司已于6月24日呈交申请就该决定交给复核委员会复核。复核委员会于8月21日展开聆讯就其公司代表出席及提出满足复牌指引之观点。于9月4日复核委员会通知公司复核委员会决定维持上市委员会已决定根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条取消公司之股份上市。
联交所于9月5日发信通知公司最后股份上市日期将为下周一(16日)，而股份上市将于下周二(17日)上午9时起被取消。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
