金吾财讯 | 家电股集体上扬，海尔智家(06690)涨4.09%，TCL电子(01070)涨3.56%，海信家电(00921)涨2.19%，创维集团(00751)涨1.53%，VESYNC(02148)涨1.02%。消息面上，银河证券表示，8-9月，各省市积极出台家居领域以旧换新政策。相比于此前，此轮各省市出台政策更为切实，1）金额方面做出具体规定，补贴比例一般限定在销售价格的15%左右，单件产品补贴价格不超过2000-3000元。2）明确活动具体时间，以旧换新活动一般自9月开始，延续至2024年末。3）补贴范围、可参与补贴活动的商品品类更明确，一般采用一次性补贴，“即付立减”，进一步拉动消费者的参与积极性。4）进一步突出了对智能家居品类的支持和消费引导。伴随24H2政策落地，家居零售端需求有望修复。
