AVIC Joy Holdings (HK) (HKG:0260) said Hong Kong's Stock Exchange canceled its listing on the bourse, effective Sept. 17, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The company was unable to fulfill the resumption guidance set by the Exchange and resume trading in its shares by May. 28, the filing added.
