Raksul's Attributable Profit Climbs Over 59% in Fiscal 2024

Raksul (TYO:4384) profit attributable to owners of the parent climbed 59.4% to 2.12 billion yen in the fiscal year ended July 31, from 1.33 billion yen a year ago mainly due to significantly higher sales.

The internet services company's earnings per share rose to 34.52 yen from 21.56 yen a year ago, according to a Thursday filing.

Net sales jumped 24.6% to 51.1 billion yen from over 41.0 billion yen a year earlier.

It forecasted attributable profit to come between 1.78 billion yen and 2.28 billion yen and net sales to be between 61 billion yen and 63 billion yen for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2025.

The company expects to pay a year-end dividend of 2.30 yen per share, each, for the current fiscal year.

Raskul's shares shed nearly 8% at market close.
