Royal Caribbean Cruises Prices Upsized $1.5 Billion Debt Offering

Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL) said late Monday it has priced an upsized private offering of $1.5 billion worth of 5.625% senior unsecured notes due 2031.
The notes are expected to be issued on Sept. 26. The offering was increased from a previously announced size of $1 billion.
The company said it plans to use net proceeds to pay down debt.
