据路透社报道，当地时间9月17日，知名家居用品公司特百惠（Tupperware Brands）向美国特拉华州法院申请破产保护。

　　“现在几乎所有人都知道特百惠是什么，但很少有人知道在哪里能找到它”，特百惠首席重组官Brian Fox在提交给法院的一份文件中写道。

　　公开资料显示，特百惠品牌始创于1946年，旗下产品包括保鲜盒、水杯、净水器等。1995年，特百惠（中国）有限公司在广州成立。

　　路透社报道指出，近年来，由于难以将更多产品投放到零售商店和在线销售平台，特百惠销售额大幅下滑。特百惠表示，公司过去一直依靠独立销售代表来销售产品，但这种策略未能打动现代消费者。

　　破产申请文件显示，特百惠目前估计资产在5亿美元至10亿美元之间，负债在10亿美元至100亿美元之间。

　　特百惠表示，公司将寻求在破产程序期间继续运营，并将继续向员工和供应商支付工资等款项。

　　其官方小程序显示，目前特百惠产品仍在正常售卖，经典产品休闲水杯价格在90元至160元之间。中秋假期，该品牌还在小红书、抖音等平台推出“宠粉福利”。

　　特百惠破产的消息让不少网友直呼意外，也有网友称是“时代的眼泪”。

　　二级市场上，特百惠年内跌近75%，最新股价报0.51美元/股，总市值2373万美元。
