9月20日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局今日发布批复称，同意申能财产保险股份有限公司受让天安财产保险股份有限公司的保险业务，具体为双方共同签署的《收购承接协议》约定的收购承接标的。同时，同意申能财产保险股份有限公司业务范围增加特殊风险保险、信用保险和保证保险。

　　国家金融监督管理总局还表示，转让行为应严格遵守有关法律法规和监管规定，不得损害投保人、被保险人和受益人的合法权益。
