Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp. V (MCAG) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq deficiency notice for failing to timely file its reports for the quarters ended March 31 and June 30 on Form 10-Q.
The company said it filed the Q1 10-Q with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Sept. 13, the day it received the notice, and on Monday submitted a letter to Nasdaq regarding its plan to regain compliance with the listing rule.
