A8新媒体提及，公司于上周五(20日)已就陈耀光所持有110万份行使价为0.439元的购股权，以及吴士宏所持有90万份行使价为0.439元的购股权，接获购股权要约的有效接纳。相当于根据购股权计划授出尚未行使购股权的98.035%(公司主席兼执行董事刘晓松所持有的购股权除外)。(js/w)
