智通财经APP获悉，物管股持续走高，截至发稿，世茂服务(00873)涨7.58%，报0.71港元；碧桂园服务(06098)涨5.64%，报4.68港元；融创服务(01516)涨4.85%，报1.73港元；中海物业(02669)涨4.42%，报5.2港元。
消息面上，中国人民银行行长潘功胜今日宣布，降低存量房贷利率和统一房贷最低首付比例，引导商业银行将存量房贷利率降至新发放房贷利率附近，预计平均降幅在0.5个百分点左右。统一首套房和二套房的房贷最低首付比例，将全国层面的二套房贷款最低首付比例由25%下调至15%。
东莞证券认为，政策力度空前。叠加三中全会后地方层面持续优化政策进一步积极推进落地，相信将能加速房地产行业基本面探底回升。另外，美联储降息周期开启。光大证券此前指，美联储降息预期升温，国内地产政策持续优化，物管风险因子逐步出清，板块配置价值凸显。
