智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)发布公告，根据AGAE近期召开的董事会会议及公司于近期收到的AGAE的有关文件及信息，公司认为AGAE及其董事会╱管理层在相关事件中的决定不合理也未充分且审慎的考虑全体董事(尤其是投反对票的董事)的意见，而这可能表明公司在AGAE的控制权发生变化。另外，基于公司在AGAE的股份不断被稀释，以及AGAE章程修正案等相关事项已经或将造成公司在AGAE的相关利益受到严重损害，公司与AGAE进行了多轮问询，要求了解和调查相关事项，但截至目前AGAE仍未正式回复公司。
鉴于以上事实，公司已正式向AGAE发出律师函提出相关诉求并将继续对AGAE进行询问，调查AGAE及其董事会╱管理层是否存在其他任何不当行为及损害公司作为AGAE股东权益的行为。公司将视问询及调查结果采取适当措施，包括不限于法律诉讼等方式，坚决维护公司作为AGAE股东的合法权益。此外，公司及其法律顾问和审计师，正在加紧评估近期相关事件的影响和后果。
