智通财经APP讯，上置集团(01207)发布截至2023年12月31日止年度经审核年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币5.99亿元(单位下同)，同比增加116.95%;公司股东应占亏损16.18亿元，同比增加504.27%;每股亏损0.079元。
公告称，亏损度显著增加主要是由于：于2023年因上海大兴街项目银团贷款违约事宜导致应占一间合营企业的业绩出现大幅亏损，同时集团经审慎评估后对与该合营企业相关的其他应收款及按摊销成本列账的其他金融资产计提重大减值拨备;及于2023年国内房地产市场及宏观经济环境继续下行，导致集团经审慎评估后对若干投资物业、物业存货及其他应收款计提若干减值拨备。
