智通财经APP讯，东方汇财证券(08001)发布公告，于2024年9月25日，公司签署认购表格，据此，公司已同意认购子基金(该基金Orient Global Master Fund OFC旗下一只子基金)中的A1类参与股份，总认购金额为70万美元。
子基金的主要投资目标为通过主要投资于全球市场的优质固定收益工具及债务工具，为投资者寻求长期资本增值。
集团认购子基金作投资用途。公司将有效的库务功能视为高效运用其内部现金资源的策略。作为其库务规划的一环，公司实施认购事项以调配现金资源投资具有灵活赎回特征的低风险产品。公司相信认购事项符合集团的需求，乃因其投资于投资级别的固定收益工具及╱或未评级固定收益工具，该等产品在获得稳定利息回报的同时能够解决灵活赎回的需求。此外，董事相信认购事项有利于集团实现其投资组合的均衡及多元化，从而取得潜在的资本增值。另外，通过认购事项，集团可借子基金及投资经理的专业管理降低直接投资风险。
