智通财经APP获悉，中国奥园(03883)回落近15%，截至发稿，跌12.45%，报0.232港元，成交额2694.88万港元。
消息面上，中国奥园公布引入战略投资者，由创办人郭梓文全资持有的Ace Rise向Multi Gold转让6.21亿股中国奥园股份。Multi Gold将成为公司单一最大股东，持股16.48%，Ace Rise持股降至13.31%。据悉，Multi Gold Group是阿联酋的专业投资机构，管理人架构中也有阿联酋颇具影响力的本地家族成员参与。
信达国际指出，中国奥园今年3月完成约61亿美元的境外债务重组，包括透过发行新融资工具置换债务等。尽管违约危机暂时解除，但内房整体行情欠佳，奥园财困局面未见扭转，今年上半年销售物业收入下滑56.9%，截至6月底负债总额约1904.07亿元人民币，权益亏绌(负资产)17.72亿元，1年内到期债务534.09亿元，市场担心该公司或面临二次债务重组风险。
