金融界9月27日消息，自2024年9月27日起，中原建业的核数师信永中和（香港）会计师事务所有限公司（“信永中和”）已经辞任。此前，由于需要较长时间收集和整理相关数据，中原建业未能向其前任核数师毕马威提供所有核数所需的未完成资料，以支持2023年的年度业绩审计。此后，虽然中原建业已经与信永中和紧密合作，并成功提供了部分未完成的资料，但由于资料情况复杂，需要大量时间、人力收集和整理，并且中原建业的业务合作伙伴（包括贷款借款人）人员流失过多，导致新员工需要时间熟悉相关工作，所以向信永中和提供所有需要的资料的时间进一步延长。此外，由于信永中和的辞职，预期将进一步延迟公布2023年和2024年的业绩公告。根据规定，中原建业正在寻找新的核数师，以填补信永中和辞职后的空缺，并期望在下一届股东年度大会结束前任职。
中原建业的股票已自2024年4月2日开始在香港联合交易所暂停交易，并将继续暂停交易，直至另行通知。公司正努力解决所有导致股票暂停交易的问题，并尽快恢复股票交易。
