应秀商时代控股(01849.HK) 要求，其自昨日(24日)起停牌，并将继续暂停买卖，以待发表有关公司内幕消息的公告。
公司昨日公布，2024年全年业绩可能延迟刊发乃源于核数师在查阅公司所有于中国的附属公司的账册及纪录方面受到限制。公司指一直与该等附属公司及核数师紧密合作，以提供一切所需资料及文件，尽快完成全年业绩的审核程序。
公司昨日亦指，已向联交所申请自25日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖，惟股份今日继续停牌。(js/k)
