智通财经APP获悉，光伏股集体走高，截至发稿，福莱特玻璃(06865)涨14.34%，报11.96港元；信义光能(00968)涨7.34%，报3.51港元；信义玻璃(00868)涨6.27%，报8.3港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨5.26%，报1.2港元；新特能源(01799)涨3.95%，报7.23港元。
消息面上，工业和信息化部网站发布《光伏产业标准体系建设指南（2024版）》。其中提出，要以推动光伏产业高端化、智能化、绿色化、融合化发展为目标，加强标准工作顶层设计，强化全产业链标准协同，增加先进标准供给，提升标准实施成效，推进标准国际化，引领光伏产业高质量发展。
东方证券表示，今年上半年，行业如期释放业绩压力，风险得到有效释放。三季度部分环节价格已经开始企稳并尝试涨价，预示着产能过剩引发的价格竞争有望结束，接下来行业将进入整顿期。近期行业利好频发，美国正式开始降息，海外电站投资的资金成本降低，利好海外装机。该行判断下半年行业供给将逐步得到优化，需求端在海外新兴市场带动下有望超预期。行业将逐步走出亏损泥潭，恢复正向现金流。
