智通财经APP讯，大唐集团控股(02117)发布公告，于 2024 年 9 月 20 日，公司接获联交所的函件，当中载列以下关于公司的额外复牌指引：
重新遵守上市规则第 3.05、3.10、3.10A、3.21、3.25、3.27A、3.28 及13.92条。
联交所要求公司须于公司证券获准恢复买卖前补救导致其暂停买卖的事宜及全面遵守上市规则以使联交所信纳。公司就此主要负责制定复牌行动计划。联交所亦表示，倘公司情况有变，联交所可修订或补充已发出的复牌指引及╱或进一步发出指引。
公司现正采取适当步骤遵守复牌指引信函所载的复牌指引，并将寻求在切实可行的情况下尽快恢复股份买卖。公司将适时就上述事项另行刊发公告。
