恒达集团控股(03616.HK) 公布，已议决委任长青(香港)会计师事务所为公司新任核数师，自昨日(25日)起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，并任职至公司下一届股东周年大会结束。
恒达集团控股表示，董事会正与长青合作估计截至2023年12月31日止年度全年业绩及年报，以及截至2024年6月30日止六个月中期业绩及中期报告之预期刊发日期。
另外，恒达集团控股股份已于今年4月2日起在联交所停牌，目前预期将继续暂停买卖，直至公司达成联交所发出的复牌指引。(js/w)
