智通财经APP获悉，电力股早盘继续走高，截至发稿，龙源电力(00916)涨5.82%，报6.18港元；华润电力(00836)涨2.69%，报21港元；中国电力(02380)涨2.52%，报3.66港元；华电国际(01071)涨2.36%，报4.34港元。
消息面上，上周美联储宣布降息50个基点，海通国际指出，历史数据显示，降息周期中，电力板块都表现出良好的基本面趋势。此外，央行创设专项再贷款，引导银行向上市公司和主要股东提供贷款，支持回购、增持上市公司股票。方正证券认为，央行此举有助于推动公司重视市值、提升市场投资价值。
国元国际指出，海内外降息背景下，电力运营商作为重资产投入的利率敏感型板块，有望受益利率下行带来项目投资回报率提升和公司综合财务成本下降，助力电力运营商业绩稳定增长。而且电力行业近几年派息率不断提升，电力资产具有永续经营的公用事业性质，特别电价相对稳定的水电和核电，具有类长久期债券属性，中长期投资价值有望进一步得到重估。
