金吾财讯 | 建材水泥普遍扬升，中国建材(03323)涨5.2%，海螺水泥(00914)涨4.88%，华润建材水泥(01313)涨3.28%，华新水泥(06655)涨2.88%，金隅集团(02009)涨1.52%。中信建投研报表示，多家水泥企业长期破净，市值提升迫在眉睫。证监会就市值管理征求意见稿征求意见，其中第九条提出长期破净公司应当制定上市公司估值提升计划，包括目标、期限及具体措施。长期破净公司应当至少每年对估值提升计划的实施效果进行评估，并根据需要及时完善，经董事会审议后披露。该行统计的14家上市水泥公司中7家满足长期破净公司的条件（过去12个月每个交易日的收盘价均低于每股净资产），预计该政策将波及到大量水泥上市企业，提升水泥公司市值管理能力。
中信证券研报指出，9月27日起，长三角沿江地区熟料价格计划一次性大幅上涨100元/吨，主要因为部分企业扭亏为盈意愿强烈，且企业错峰生产力度加大。当前长三角地区水泥价格较低，水泥价格的大幅上涨有望使得企业盈利能力得到极大恢复。水泥企业分红率具有提升空间，有望进一步增强股东回报。
