Innovation Beverage Group (IBG) shares tumbled 25% in recent Thursday trading after making its Nasdaq debut at lower than the $4-per-share initial public offering price.
The company's shares reached a low of $2.85 intraday after opening at $3 apiece.
The offering is expected to close around Friday, the company said.
