新浪科技讯 9月27日下午消息，腾讯音乐娱乐集团发布首份环境、社会及管治报告（Environmental， Social and Governance Report，以下简称为“ESG报告”）。报告显示，腾讯音乐将ESG理念融入公司运营及企业管治，推动有效的 ESG 治理，积极践行社会责任，倡导多元包容，致力创造可持续的长期价值。
在保障用户权益方面，腾讯音乐致力于为用户提供安全、高质量及友好的体验。腾讯音乐严格遵守关于网络安全、个人信息保护、数据安全的法律条款，高度重视用户数据和隐私安全，制定内部制度明确隐私保护管理职责，并组建专门组织负责管理个人信息保护及数据合规相关的工作。
在推动数字音乐正版化建设方面，腾讯音乐始终以推动音乐版权及各类知识产权保护为己任，不断完善内部知识产权保护机制，深化与版权方合作，并充分利用人工智能技术等方式，保障平台和创作者的知识产权。
在赋能原创音乐人方面，腾讯音乐持续推进人才培养、生态构建，为音乐行业注入积极影响。截至2023年年底，腾讯音乐人平台音乐人入驻人数达48万，开设音乐人创作征集活动超500场。
腾讯音乐娱乐集团执行董事长彭迦信表示：“我们的首份ESG报告展示了我们为制定和实施可持续发展战略所采取的具体措施。在此基础上，我们致力于塑造可持续的未来。”
