金融界9月27日消息，华发物业服务公司2024年上半年的总收入约为人民币1,010,020,000元，比2023年同期的828,168,000元增加约22.0%，这主要是由于公司管理规模的持续扩大。然而，由于受到新冠肺炎疫情和市场经济下行等因素的影响，公司的酒店顾问及会展业务受到较大冲击，在短期内难以恢复至过往水平，故已停止相关业务，并在2024年上半年没有录得相关收入。此外，2024年上半年，公司的销售总成本约为人民币776,614,000元，比2023年同期的613,706,000元增加约26.5%，增加的原因主要是由于公司总收费建筑面积的扩大以及在管项目增加，相应的员工成本、外包支出亦有所增加。
