智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)发布公告，公司董事会获公司主要股东Eastern Pearl Capital SPC – Eastern Pearl Caelus Fund SP(Eastern Pearl)告知 ，于2024年9月25日，Eastern Pearl已订立条件买卖协议，从11名独立股东购买2.3亿股公司股份(股份)，占公司已发行股本总额约14.39%(转让)。买卖股份须待公司股份于香港联合交易所有限公司恢复买卖后，方告完成。于本公告日期，Eastern Pearl持有公司2.31亿股股份，占公司已发行股本约14.46%。假设公司已发行股份的数目维持不变，于完成买卖股份后，Eastern Pearl将持有4.62亿股股份，占公司已发行股本总额约28.85%，并将成为公司单一最大股东。
董事会预期单一最大股东变更将不会对本集团的日常营运产生任何重大不利影响。
