智通财经APP讯，华发物业服务(00982)公布，有关根据公司法第99条由要约人以协议安排方式将该公司私有化的建议及建议撤销公司的上市地位，于2024年9月25日(百慕达时间)，法院发出其就裁决聆讯的判决，据此法院批准该计划(并无修订)。
假设所有未完成条件获达成或豁免(如适用)，预计该计划将于2024年9月26日(星期四)(百慕达时间)生效。
倘该计划并未于2024年11月30日(即最终截止日期)或之前生效，则该计划将告失效。
公司已申请撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，而联交所已批准撤销股份于联交所的上市地位，自2024年9月30日(星期一)下午四时正起生效，惟须待该计划生效后方可作实。
