智通财经APP讯，中绿电(000537.SZ)发布公告，2024年4月24日，公司在北京产权交易所发布了挂牌转让公告。2024年9月24日，北京产权交易所出具《交易签约通知书》，通知公司本次挂牌转让的意向受让方为北京中绿园房地产开发有限公司(以下简称“北京中绿园”)，成交价格为12.69亿元。北京中绿园也是本次挂牌交易中唯一一家符合条件的竞买方。按照产权交易规则，公司将在接到《交易签约通知书》起10个工作日内与北京中绿园签署实物资产交易合同并办理相关事宜。
本次挂牌转让部分固定资产旨在盘活存量资产，提高资产使用效率，满足公司快速高质量发展的资金需求。经内部测算，本次转让完成后公司预计实现利润0.22亿元。
