智通财经APP讯，航发科技(600391.SH)发布公告，根据公司战略规划，为加快推进航空发动机优势零部件数智制造中心建设，把握国内外民机市场复苏机遇，根据国有资产管理的有关规定，公司全资子公司法斯特拟在北京产权交易所进行增资扩股预挂牌，引入投资者，为航空发动机优势零部件业务的发展注入新的动能与活力。
本次交易完成后，公司仍为法斯特持股51%以上的控股股东，不会改变公司合并报表范围，法斯特仍属于公司合并报表范围内控股子公司。
