智通财经APP讯，大发地产(06111)发布公告，集团主要在中华人民共和国从事物业开发及物业投资。于本公告日期，集团的业务营运在所有重大方面维持正常。董事会将继续密切监察集团的财务状况及业务营运。
根据集团所得的未经审计经营数据，截至2024年8月31日止8个月，公司、其附属公司及联营公司的合同销售总额约为人民币5.74亿元，而总合同建筑面积为2.58万平方米。上述经营数据为未经审计及基于集团的初步内部资料。
据董事会所深知，于本公告日期，暂停买卖股份在任何重大方面并无对集团的业务营运造成任何重大不利影响。集团管理层继续不时对集团的架构、其现有业务及潜在商机进行战略审查，以改善集团业务营运及财务状况，并遵守上市规则第13.24条的规定。
于本公告日期，高等法院并未授出清盘令。公司现正就呈请积极征询法律意见，并将采取一切有效的挽救及释除措施，包括但不限于向公司债权人建议债务重组方案，并寻求为公司集资的可能投资事项。法院已颁令押后下次呈请聆讯至2024年10月16日在法官席前进行。
