Learn CW Investment, Innventure Close Business Combination

Learn CW Investment (LCW) and Innventure said late Wednesday that they have completed their business combination following Learn CW's shareholders' approval on Monday.

The companies said the combined business will be named Innventure and its shares are expected to start trading on Nasdaq under the ticker INV on Thursday.

In October 2023, the companies said the deal reflects an enterprise value for Innventure of $385 million, excluding a $50 million earnout payable upon achieving certain milestones. The deal was also expected to include a $75 million committed equity facility.
