大发地产(06111.HK) 公布，目前高等法院并未授出清盘令，公司现正就呈请积极征询法律意见，并将采取一切有效的挽救及释除措施，包括但不限于向债权人建议债务重组方案，并寻求为公司集资的可能投资事项。法院已颁令押后下次呈请聆讯至10月16日在法官席前进行。
此外，公司及其专业顾问已于过去数月就境外债务建议重组与各利益相关者进行建设性对话。
应公司要求，股份已于去年4月3日起停牌，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。公司指出，目前其业务营运在所有重大方面维持正常，董事会将继续密切监察财务状况及业务营运。(jl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
