智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)发布截至2024年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，净亏损1292.1万元人民币，同比收窄92.1%。每股基本亏损0.008元。
2024年上半年，集团的主要业务为视频内容管理及电子商务推广服务，因先前管理人员的违规行为而暂时搁置，现已纠正。新的管理团队正积极探索新机遇及潜在项目。由于临时暂停营运业务，故并无产生任何收入，亦无产生任何销售成本。
在现任管理层(自2024年2月起加入)的领导下，集团的业务策略包括：为集团开发及制作的节目争取新的内容相关商机;继续扩大及多元化集团的储备组合;及继续扩大集团的团队以支持其业务扩展。在现任管理层的领导下，视频内容业务的业务模式维持不变。集团继续透过其经验丰富的业务伙伴，透过媒体平台制作及发行节目，从而赚取收入。
此外，集团对未来发展保持乐观，并将及时就业务进展进行更新及公布。尽管集团面临困难及行业周期的变化，集团将继续坚持优质内容创新，为员工、股东、合作伙伴及客户创造价值。
