ACM Research Shanghai (SHA:688082) said its orders on hand stood at 6.76 billion yuan as of the end of September.
This was 3.7% higher than the year-ago figure of 6.53 billion yuan, the wafer cleaning and wet processing equipment maker said in a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
