智通财经APP讯，祥生控股集团(02599)发布公告，于本公告日期，尽管集团面临前所未有的挑战及公司股份停牌，集团的业务经营于所有重大方面均照常进行。于2024年1月1日至2024年8月30日止期间，归属集团的合约销售总额约为人民币26.27亿元;及归属集团的合约建筑面积约为19.86万平方米。
根据复牌指引的规定，公司须于2024年10月2日前符合所有复牌指引，包括刊发上市规则规定的所有尚未公布的财务业绩，并处理审计修订，以及证明公司已遵守上市规则第13.24条。
公司于2024年1月31日刊发2022年年度业绩。然而，公司无法于复牌截止日期前刊发2023年中期业绩及2023年年度业绩。公司将于适当时候刊发有关取消其上市地位的进一步公告。
