智通财经APP讯，中国金属利用(01636)发布公告，于2024年9月27日，公司与投资者(四川凯越投资集团有限公司)订立认购协议，据此，投资者同意认购及支付公司将予发行的可换股票据，本金额为人民币4亿元。可换股票据可在条款及条件所载的情况下按兑换价每股股份0.465港元兑换为公司已发行股本中每股面值0.10港元的普通股。
假设可换股票据按兑换价悉数兑换，可换股票据(连同所有未偿还利息)将可兑换为约10.68亿股新股份，相当于公司于本公告日期的已发行股本约23.84%及因发行新股份而扩大的公司已发行股本约19.25%。
