GS Engineering & Construction (KRX:006360) secured the Deokso Zone 3 housing redevelopment project, worth 382 billion won.
The construction project, which comprises 38 apartment buildings, will take place in the Gyeonggi-do area of Namyangju city, the company said in a Wednesday filing.
