智通财经APP获悉，巨星传奇(06683)拉升逾31%，截至发稿，涨31.59%，报7.29港元，成交额5625.29万港元。
消息面上，巨星传奇此前公告称，公司接获执行董事赖国辉及钱中山发出的禁售承诺契据。为支持及表达对公司长期价值及未来前景的信心，赖国辉及钱中山自愿承诺彼等不会于今年7月13日至2026年7月12日止两年期间，处置(包括出售或抵押)各自于公司11.96%及1.2%持股，涉及约9,965万股及996.5万股，占公司已发行股本约11.96%及1.20%。
今年上半年，巨星传奇实现收入2.67亿元(人民币，下同)，同比增加76.07%;公司拥有人应占溢利2496.3万元，同比增加91.63%。期内集团的IP创造及营运业务显著增长，并首次超越新零售业务，成为集团最大的业务版块，占集团2024年上半年总收入约58.8%。该业务版块所产生的收入由2023年上半年的6270万元增加至2024年上半年的1.57亿元，增幅约为149.8%。
