AGV Group (SGX:AGVG) was given a delisting notification by the SGX, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The company will delist on Oct. 7, the filing added.
The news comes in after liquidators assessed that the company's debts exceed its realize assets and it is not in a position to make any distributions to shareholders or come up with an exit offer.
