智通财经APP获悉，据港交所10月2日披露，汇德收购(SPAC公司，07841)递交有关与SYNAGISTICS PTE. LTD. (目标公司，以下简称“SYNAGISTICS”)进行业务合并、进行特殊目的的收购公司并购交易(De-SPAC)的文件通过港交所聆讯，海通国际、招银国际为联席保荐人。
SYNAGISTICS，来自新加坡，成立于2014年11月，作为东南亚领先的数据驱动数字商务解决方案平台，为品牌合作伙伴提供综合性数字商务解决方案，已建立专有的数据驱动数字商务平台—Synagie平台，为东南亚的品牌及消费者提供统一综合的解决方案，以精简、优化及改变传统的商务实践。根据灼识咨询的数据，按2023年的收益计，SYNAGISTICS在东南亚所有数字商务解决方案平台中排名第二。
SYNAGISTICS及其品牌合作伙伴的业务涵盖多个领域，包括时尚及服装领域、高端美容及保健领域，以及高端生活方式及生活领域。SYNAGISTICS已与东南亚几乎所有主要数字商务渠道建立合作关系，包括Lazada等网上市场以及社交媒体平台等。
