Far East Consortium (HKG:0035) unit DHI Manager agreed to provide hotel management services to certain hotels in Malaysia until March 2027, according to a filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The hotels include Dorsett Hartamas Hotel and Silka Cheras Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and Dorsett Putrajaya Hotel in Putrajaya.
Additionally, Far East subsidiary Dorsett Hospitality agreed to grant the owners of the three hotels a sub-license to its trademarks until March 2027, the filing stated.
