金吾财讯 | Saas概念盘中走强，截至发稿，乐享集团(06988)涨21.21%，中国软件国际(00354)涨14.7%，金蝶国际(00268)涨10.26%，微盟集团(02013)涨7.73%，金山软件(03888)涨5.89%。消息面上，工信息部日前公布2024年首八个月软件业经济运行情况显示，内地软件和信息技术服务业运行态势良好，软件业务收入保持平稳增长，利润总额增长有所放缓，软件业务出口增速持续向好。期内，软件业务收入8.55万亿元人民币(下同)，按年增长11.2%，增速与首七个月持平；利润总额1.02万亿元，按年增长9.8%。而出口为362.5亿美元，按年增长3.8%。华泰证券发研报指，港股云SaaS公司业务包括通用SaaS(如ERP等企业级SaaS)、垂直SaaS(如地产/电商/人力资源SaaS等)，其业绩主要受宏观环境影响，与下游客户的IT开支关系较紧密。该行对9家港股云SaaS公司进行统计，24H1样本公司收入平均同比增速5.6%，同比增速中位数12.5%，2021-2023年收入复合增速平均值/中位值为11.2%/12.6%。从中位数角度看，港股云SaaS公司收入增速已接近21-23年的复合增速，未来随着国内下游客户IT支出的逐步复苏，云SaaS板块公司有望受益。当前港股云SaaS公司PS(ttm)历史分位数(2019年10月2日以来)的平均/中位数为15.3%/5.7%，仍处于较低位置。该行认为港股SaaS板块或受益于下游需求恢复实现估值修复。
