JCET Group (SHA:600584) on Sept. 28 completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in SanDisk Semiconductor for an adjusted price of $667.8 million.
SanDisk Semiconductor has become an indirect holding subsidiary of the integrated circuit manufacturer, according to an Oct. 1 filing with the Shanghai bourse.
