智通财经APP获悉，高盛发报告指，维持领展房产基金(00823)目标价45.3港元，评级“买入”。
高盛指，领展在10月3日收市后的投资者电话会议中，并无大惊喜。随着港人北上及外游，该公司2025财年第一季度购物中心租户销售额的下降扩大至5.9%，不过积极的是，夏季的销售趋势有所改善，预计第二季度的跌幅将收窄。
领展预计今年7-9月季度势头强劲，受益于续租租金（rental reversion）低单位数的正向恢复，预计这一势头将在财年剩下时间继续维持。出租率将从2024财年末的98%略下滑至2025财年第一季度的97.5%，不过这是暂时的，目前已经反弹到约98%。
领展在内地的表现已经非常强势，同时海外购物中心需求维持强势的势头。
