华泰证券发表报告指，港股软件的核心矛盾点在于港股流动性的缺失，使得这些软件企业估值波动较大。2020年至今，港股软件板块跌幅平均为72%，估值处于较低位置。该行指，从基本面来看，港股软件企业在过去两年基本面或已见底，收入和净利润增速出现了不同程度的回落。该行认为，随美联储进入降息周期，国内推出一系列降准、降息等积极的重磅货币政策，并宣布创新政策工具活跃股市，海内外流动性或将显著改善，市场情绪持续提振，港股软件有望迎来阶段性上涨行情。
