智通财经APP获悉，四环医药(00460)延续早盘涨势，午后涨幅扩大逾30%，截至发稿，涨29.17%，报0.93港元，成交额8268.87万港元。
消息面上，四环医药发布公告，公司将根据市况及资金安排自本公告日期起计12个月内，按董事会不时决定的时间及次数，在市场上购回总额不超过5亿港元的股份(已包含公司2024年上半年已透过香港联合交易所有限公司购回的约536万港元的股份)。公司将从其可用的现金储备为购回股份提供资金。
近日，四环医药与韩国生物制药公司Hugel,Inc.签署的关于注射用A型肉毒毒素(商品名：乐提葆，规格：100U及50U)的独家销售协议，经协议双方一致确认，已续约至2030年年底。据悉，乐提葆是中国市场中第四个获批上市的肉毒毒素产品，也是目前中国市场上唯一一个获批的韩国肉毒毒素产品。德邦证券此前研报指出，医美客流恢复及销售策略调整将带动乐提葆放量。
